GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are available for purchase on our website and are redeemable for any item online.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards have a 12 month expiration date.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

PROCESSING TIMES, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All items at Scents by Sat Nam include tax and exclude any relevant shipping and/or handling fees, as these will be calculated during checkout. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days depending on the size of the order. Longer processing times, if any, will be communicated via email. Orders placed during peak seasons may experience delays in processing, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during these times. We make every effort to communicate any expected delays via email. While a tracking number is provided for every order, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times once the item has shipped. Scents by Sat Nam is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers after the item has left our possession, that is why we recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

In the unfortunate event of parcels being lost or significantly delayed, we encourage buyers to promptly contact the designated delivery carrier directly. While Scents by Sat Nam cannot be held directly responsible for late or missing deliveries once a valid proof of shipment and tracking number has been provided to the buyer, we understand the frustration this may cause. If you encounter challenges with the delivery of your order, please reach out to us at scentsbysatnam@gmail.com. While we may not have direct control over the delivery process, we will do our best to communicate with the delivery carrier on your behalf and explore potential resolutions.

NATURE OF PRODUCT

Customers of Scents by Sat Nam acknowledge that each item is handmade and may carry minor imperfections that differ from website images. This is a natural aspect of the product and is not considered a fault. These variations do not affect the performance of our product.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. Custom candles are tailored to unique preferences, and are also not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure all details are accurate during the ordering process.

However, we are happy to replace or refund products damaged during transit. For damaged items, contact us at scentsbysatnam@gmail.com with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order, your order number and details of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on returning the item. For unsatisfied customers, we accept returns for full-priced items, issuing them as Store Credit. Store Credits expire within 12 months and can be used on any item online.

For returns initiated due to a change of mind or non-defective items, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

Scents by Sat Nam reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms.
